-Jewelry is encouraged with optional neck pieces or ankle or wrist accents


Walk & Stage

Enter the stage and go to back center line to hit first pose. 

From there move to front box to hit 2-3 poses

-All females welcome

-Athletes will be able to dress in 2 piece bikini costume with wings in which flow and fit with the body and overall look.

Competitor can provide music (thumb drive)

If no music provided house music will be used

 Mandatory Poses

Athletes will perform quarter turns 

In back pose the judge will call for a "Back Wing Pose" This allows to use wings


Athletes will also perform "Most Empowering Pose." The goal is to exhibit physique with strength, power and confidence in a creative manner.

-They will have 30 seconds to perform a routine using the circled area of stage.

-After individual routines they will line up for group quarter turns.  In their quarter turns they can use their wings for best presentation.

 


*Competitors will be asked to provide best empowered pose or fierce pose after quarter turns.
