Some of the traditions we are known for at Storm Trooper Production LLC events are fun, respect, family atmosphere and professionalism. We plan to keep it that way. Bodybuilding is a subjective sport. All athletes work extremely hard and want to win. Everyone looks for good competition. It can get emotional at times. This is why it is critical that staff, athletes, attendees and vendors involved display these characteristics. Competitors will have an agreement to autograph to uphold to these values during the event.
All minors competing will have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian on file before the show. This allows us to know who will be accompanying them backstage and to issue the proper credentials for security checkpoints.
Our judging panel has many years of experience across multiple organizations. They come from all over the country and have evaluated and judged countless shows and competitors. The reason why they have been chosen is because of their decision-making ability and judging to criteria. They have the best seat in the house front and center which gives them the ability to see things that competitors, coaches and attendees cannot. They also have signed a code of conduct agreement to be objective, fair and accurate in their evaluations. ONLY COMPETITORS MAY APPROACH JUDGES AFTER THE SHOW IF THEY WANT THEIR EVALUATIONS. At no point or time can attendees or competitors engage or approach the judges or the judging table to ask questions or look for information. We hold firm to these rules to ensure consistency and integrity.
All suits will be checked at Friday night check ins. While we do not have suit coverage requirements we do require that proper and appropriate coverage for men, women and children are covered. If you have multiple suits that might be used all need to be presented to pass. If at any time a suit change is needed because of a malfunction it must have been approved at check ins the night before. A designated staff member will have a picture of the suit or suits to verify and confirm. Failure to do so can result in mark downs or possible disqualification.
We want everyone involved in the event to have a great experience. Win, lose or draw everyone will have a story to tell. We hope yours is positive. If we see, witness or experience someone not being their best or causing disruption at the event management and staff has the right to remove that person. The people around you deserve your best and making the experience best for all those in attendance.
